
Movement has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. What started as a kid who couldn't sit still became a dance career, and eventually Movability, a Pilates practice built around helping people move freely and live fully.
Movability began with the simple idea that Pilates, done well, won't just make you stronger in a session. It makes your whole life feel more possible.
This work is for people who aren't ready to slow down, scale back, or start working around the things they love.

I founded Movability to do this work the right way: one person at a time, with full attention, adapted to what your body actually needs. Not a generic plan. Not a class where you hope you're doing it right. Just clear, personal guidance that helps you move better in every part of your life.
In 2023, I threw out my back and for the first time experienced from the inside what so many clients had described. The uncertainty. The mental load of not knowing what's safe or what comes next. That experience sharpened everything about how I work, and why it matters.
