Movement that fits your body

and your life.

Movability offers live, one-on-one Pilates sessions online, personalized to you, your body, and your life. Every session is guided in real time, which means nothing is generic. You get clear direction, thoughtful progression, and a practice that adapts as you do.

This isn't about pushing harder or doing more. It's about moving well, so your body supports everything else you want to do.

Your body. Your pace. Your life.

Your body. Your pace. Your life.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

If movement has started to feel more like a problem to solve than something that supports you, that makes sense. Life gets busy, bodies get complicated, and somewhere along the way it becomes one more thing on the list. Most people who find their way here have been trying to manage it on their own for a while.

Maybe you've tried a group class or followed along with a YouTube workout but weren't sure if you were actually doing it right for your body. Maybe you finished physical therapy and weren't sure what came next. These aren't bad options. But they can only take you so far.

That's exactly what Movability is. Live, personal, and responsive to how your body shows up, so movement finally feels like something that works for your life instead of against it. And most people are surprised by how good that actually feels.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

This is for you if movement has started to feel more complicated than it used to. If you've been inconsistent, working around discomfort, or unsure what's actually right for your body, you're in the right place.

You don't need to have it all figured out to start. You just need to be ready for movement that meets you where you are, without pressure, without guesswork, and without having to figure it out alone.

HOW IT WORKS

Getting started begins with a free 20-30 minute conversation on Zoom. No pressure, no obligation. Just a chance to talk through where you are, what you're looking for, and whether working together makes sense. Whether you come in with a specific goal, something that's been bothering you, or just a general sense that it's time to get moving, you'll leave with a clear sense of what working together could look like.

If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule your first session. Sessions are 50 minutes, held over Zoom, and built around what your body needs that day. You don't need a reformer or any special equipment. Many people work with just their body weight, or simple props like a resistance band or light weights.

We build from there, at your pace, and you'll never feel lost in the process. Most people find it becomes one of the better parts of their week.

FAQs

Yes. Live, one-on-one coaching means real-time cues, camera angles that let me see what matters, and adjustments made for your body specifically. No guessing, no generic plans. Without the commute, there's one less obstacle between you and showing up consistently.

No. We start with the body you have today. Sessions meet you where you are and move at your pace, so you feel better sooner rather than "someday."

The approach here is simple: we work with it. We'll work together to find the movements, qualities and pathways that make sense for your body right now. Then we build on that slowly and deliberately. If you're under active care, your provider's guidelines lead the way.

A laptop is the easiest way to connect to our sessions, though your phone or tablet can work well with a stand. Beyond that, you'll want a soft surface like a mat or carpeted floor, and a towel. We may bring in small props like a band or weights further down the line, but only if they make sense for your goals.

This is live and personal. You get real-time feedback, clear progressions, and a human being who notices when something shifts. You'll never wonder, "Am I doing this right?

Physical therapy diagnoses and treats specific conditions. Movability steps in once you're cleared, turning "what now?" into a consistent, supported movement practice. I'm happy to collaborate with your PT's recommendations so you keep progressing safely

Not at all. I've lived and worked in New York City and Chicago, so I know exactly what "small space" looks like. If you have room to lay down a mat, we have everything we need. Sessions are designed for real homes, not showroom gyms.
